Qualifications
This person must be a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or higher with a valid driver’s
license and experience working with children. They must be flexible and adaptable to a wide range of tasks and

Summary
This person works closely with the Healthcare & Risk Director, and when necessary, KWE’s consulting
physician, in addition to leading the Health Center staff. This person helps oversee and coordinate staff training
and the healthcare and safety of approximately 250 campers aged 8-16 for two, 26-day sessions from mid-June
to mid-August.

Primary Responsibilities
Health Center Protocols
This person must oversee the summer camp health center and all healthcare protocols. This ranges from helping
to care for injured and ill campers and staff, to the documentation of all summer camp healthcare incidents in
CampMinder and as directed. This also includes the daily intake and inputting of all Med Minute forms from
the prior evening’s staff members on duty, and the communication of health concerns to the appropriate staff.
Forms & Medication
In addition to helping sort and dispense daily medication to campers and staff for dispensing on wilderness trips,
this person is essential in helping to intake, review, and organize all camper medical forms. They will also help
with inventory and will track the use of any medical supplies from the health center.
Staf Training
This person will work with the Healthcare & Risk Director to facilitate and lead healthcare training during staff
orientation. They will encourage and promote health maintenance and accident prevention, ranging from
sunscreen application to hydration reminders to nightly tick checks.
Emergency Support
This person will respond to emergencies when necessary, ranging from supporting the Emergency and Crisis
Response Plans, to coordinating visits to the emergency room or offsite medical providers. They will collaborate
with Tripping and In-Camp Directors to support any evacuation plans and must be comfortable communicating
with parents as directed.

Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk
Six City Center Executive Offices leases office spaces to a diverse range of individual professionals. We are seeking to hire a Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
- Hours for this position will be 5 days (Mon-Fri) from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Main responsibilities include:
- Answer multi-line phone system for individual offices, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet clients upon arrival
- Distribute incoming mail, sign for incoming packages, process all outgoing mail (postage stamp meter) including some courier mail
- Monitoring the reception desk and managing the schedule for conference room.
- Responsible for key distribution to tenants (office, suite & building keys) and any maintenance crews, careful maintenance of building key log

Job Requirements for Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk:
- 1+ year of experience in a professional office setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader who wants to make a difference in the lives of some very special people. Are you curious about how the brain works? The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the new Wiscasset Green Brain Health and Wellness Program. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a small residential program for eight (8) older individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment and an adult day respite program for 10-15 individuals.
-Manage and lead a team of caregivers and community members to provide excellent home-like support services focused on healthy eating, regular exercise, improved sleep and brain stimulation from brain games to art, music, and community outings.
-Work closely with a small medical team to document and track progress in all participants with the goal to reverse their cognitive decline.
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
- Monitor employee/ faculty performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations and monthly staff meetings
- Create work schedules, manage payroll, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Handle participant and regulatory inquiries and compliance in a professional manner
- Collaborate with company administration to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in elder residential care or a similar leadership role
-RN or LPN training preferred
- Strong knowledge and curiosity about brain science and older individuals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including PR
- Ability to effectively communicate with elders and their families, care team members, and state agency stakeholders
- Exception organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in budgeting and payroll management
- Familiarity with technology is preferred but not required
